everything we are, we can see it. We see the defects of others, they criticize us for that. but in reality the most strong criticisms that we receive are on our side. Since we will never accept us as we are.
disgust, fear, despair, disappointment, hate. This is what normally we  receive from our part.
accept it, never accept us as we are. but we are here for something, and that something is the life.
